I'm Jaymes Young a Web Developer in Portland, OR. For the past two years I have been studying web design and development at Portland Community college focusing on programming. I chose to focus on programming, because I enjoy figuring out how to make things work, however I have in interest in both front-end and back-end development.

I regularly use HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, MySql, and Composer to create my projects.

I enjoy learning and languages. So, I am currently studying German and Dutch on Duolingo. I am also learning a few programming languages and frameworks on TeamTreehouse. My goal is to learn many languages, and be really good at as many as possible.

In my free time I enjoy reading, trying to figure out how to rule the universe, and watching Doctor Who, not just the last 10 years but the entire 50 plus years.
